• Three small buildings (1,700–2,800 sq ft each) designed for drive-thru restaurants — ideal for fast-casual or national chain cafes and eateries.
• One ~7,560 sq ft building intended for a full sit-down restaurant — great for a mid-range chain or a local flagship dining spot.
• A ~7,964 sq ft building planned for “vehicle repair-limited” use — which could house automotive services, a car wash, or similar businesses.

While specific tenants haven’t been announced yet, the site plans are approved and the space will soon be available for lease. This development is set to bring new flavors, shopping options, and conveniences to Blue Springs!
