We hadn't met Pamela until we happened upon an open house in Blue Springs. She showed us around the new-build home, told us all the things she liked about it, and pointed out things she thought we might like, too. She was right! And we made an offer. Thanks to Pamela and Kerry, we now live happily ever after in that home. Thank you both.

Pamela was absolutely incredible throughout the home buying experience. She guided us every step of the way, answered all our questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. Highly recommend her.

Absolutely the Best!!! Pam and her team would above and beyond. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Pam and Kerry were nice and easy to work with. Always answered the phone when I called and helped me get a great deal on my first ever house!

Pamela and Kerry were such a delight to work with! They helped so much as we figured out what exactly we were looking for in a home and had tons of great advice.

Pamela was so kind and knowledgeable, and she helped every step of the process. She answered every question with patience and expertise and gave great advice. She made time for us for viewings and any questions we had. Fantastic team.

Pamela is the best agent! She prices your home perfectly and does everything to sell!!! She is amazing!

Pamela Heman was wonderful in helping us find a new home that is perfect for us. She works hard at getting the best deal for you. She listens to you and keeps you informed and was a great help in getting us through all the required paperwork. She takes care of all the hard work for you!

Pam and Kerry at Heman Homes handled the purchase of our remodel and, once complete, the sale of our old home. They went above and beyond in numerous ways and you can tell they are passionate about what they do by their professionalism and dedication to their clients. I would recommend 100 times over!

Kerry and Pamela are a dream team. They make the process of buying a home fun and as stress free as possible. They’re so knowledgeable, kind, and most importantly flexible. They are quick to respond to all of our (many) questions and kept us informed every step of the way! I can’t thank them enough for being patient on our long search for our dream home!

Pamela did a wonderful job of listening to our wants and needs in a home and finding us a home that exceeding our expectations. Large purchases are always stressful for me personally and Pamela has a way of mitigating those concerns by explaining the processes clearly and operating with the highest level of integrity. Highly recommend Pamela

Pam made this an awesome experience that was as smooth as could be. She was integral to us finding the perfect house. Pam made sure that every detail was covered and taken care of. Every time we had concerns her answer was the same, "I've got this." I would highly recommend Pam to anyone that is pursuing the home buying process!

We needed to sell my multi-level home so we could get into a ranch home due to my bad knees. Pamela and her team came through for us again! She arranged to have an amazing photo shoot that made the home look amazing. Then she organized the viewings so that they all fell on the same weekend, and by Sunday night we had plenty of offers to choose from. From beginning to end, Pamela did her best. We are now happy in a raised ranch and are looking forward to working with Pamela again when we are ready for our next home.

Very good experience. Patient and understanding our needs. We would definately recommend her to anyone who is interested in finding their next home.

Pamela was on it every step of the way; from selling my house to buying my new one, all I had to do was text her and she was right back with me. When it came to buying my new house, she notified me that what I was looking for hit the market early afternoon and we looked at it a couple of hours later. She was 100% there for us and I will send anyone I know who is looking to her for their buying and selling needs! She's the best!

We relocated to the KC area. I knew nothing but had a list of things I wanted in a place I settled down. Pamela was able to direct me to the best school districts, best places for families and do nearly everything for us since we would not be in the area to do it ourselves. I only met Pamela in person one day when I came to look at homes and she took me everywhere. We made an offer and got an acceptance. The rest of the transaction she took care of everything for us. We couldn't be happier for all the help and assistance she gave us, even from a distance.

Pamela was great. She is very personable and very knowledgeable. She was easy to get a hold of and stayed in constant communication with us during the process. She had very good ideas of minor things we could do to make sure the house brought the best price on the market. She listens to our needs and represented us well to the buyers. She was able to sell our home above asking price. She also had it listed and sold very quickly. I cannot recommend Pamela highly enough. We will gladly use Pamela again for any future real estate needs.

Pam was such a great realtor to work with. She helped us narrow our search and find a beautiful home within our budget. She is kind and patient and very knowledgeable!

We ran into an extremely difficult seller when buying our new home. I believe if it was someone else representing our interest, we probably would not have been able to buy our house. After our new home purchase, she listed our existing home in a slower market time, got a contract on it within a couple days and got us exactly what we wanted out of it. The dedication to client services far exceeded my expectations. You will not be disappointed with Pamela and her team.
